The Fleetwood Satisfaction survey was completed by 37 respondents, 80% of whom were owners and members of the Homeowners association.
Based on this response, additional questions were asked of these owners.
Owner Member Responses
In general, responses from owners was positive, with a small group of outliers. There were also several significant comments made, which will be addressed at the AGM.
The following responses relating to the management of estate finances, and financial security owner investments was similarly positive, besides the outliers mentioned previously.
1 indicates not at all satisfied while 5 is highly satisfied
The following response was somewhat surprising since Fleetwood has always been highly desirable amongst potential buyers. There is however a possiblility that the question was misunderstood since the rating scheme was opposite to those immediately preceding it in the survey, with 1 being very likely and 5 being “I would not recommend Fleetwood.
We will however verify this in follow up surveys to ensure that Fleetwood remains extremely desirable amongst potential home buyers.

General Responses
For the most part there appeared to be a generally high level of satisfaction on all elements tested.
The following graphs are on a scale where 1 indicates dissatisfaction and 5, high level of satisfaction.
The one question in this section which requires our attention is in relation to the overall look of the estate. The new board is going to have to take special measures to understand this mixed response better and to put into place measure to correct this perception, which was also reflected in some of the comments.

An immediate step that will be taken is to do the walk around to ensure that all units meet the maintenance standards and that where necessary remedial steps are taken to improve the overall look of the estate. We will also be doing another cleanup of the perimeter wall and attending to the guardhouse.
Inclosing I would like to thank all respondents for participating in this survey. If is after all intended to ensure alignment between management activities and the needs of our owners and residents.
