Accentronix System

Our new system comes with many additional features and options. It is advisable that all residents familiarise themselves with these to make sure you get the most out of the system and don’t have any hassles.

Exiting the estate

There are two keypads at the gate, one for vehicles and the other, directly next to the gate for pedestrians. Key in 1234# into either keypad to exit.

You may also use any of the following mechanisms.

Visitors, contractors, staff and non-residents:

Call the resident using the keypad outside to call the resident. The dial code for the resident will be a combination of a two digit unit number and resident code ie “0501”, “0502”, “0503” etc.

After verifying the identity of the visitor, the resident presses “1” to open the gate fully or “2” to open for a pedestrian.

• Registered contractors may enter using a missed call to 079 426 9017
• Registered staff may enter using a missed call to 063 557 1680
• Registered non-residents may enter using a missed call to 079 426 9017

Residents

Permanent residents of Fleetwood Estate, who have a vehicle will be issued with a remote control device for their own use. This has two buttons on it, the Red Button for Pedestrian access and the Blue for Vehicular access.

• Residents also have the option to use the missed call to 079 426 1689 or
• Pin code function – your unique 4 digit code preceded by a star, or
• Downloading the Accentronix APP, and registering.

Users must use the website forms page to register themselves on the system. Only registered users will be able to access the system.

When using your phone to access the system, please ensure that it is not currently in use as this will result in an engaged signal. In this case you should wait and retry after a minute or so.
