Introduction
Estate Agents have a special relationship with our members, residents and the Fleetwood Homeowners Association, Board of Directors. To assist Estate Agents in promoting Fleetwood properties we have included some of those which we feel have been successful over the years, and have espoused the type of working relationship that we want at Fleetwood.
In addition to the Estate Agency Affairs Board Code of conduct, our rules and policies provide for a number of guidelines intended to foster this good working relationship.
Our Guidelines:
- One Advertising Board per Agent per property may be placed at the entrance of Fleetwood on a Sunday or scheduled “show day”
- Additional two directional signs may be placed within the estate on scheduled “show days”. is directly opposite the entrance and the second at the unit concerned.
- All boards must be removed by sunset on the “Show Day”.
- No telephonic or email spam may be sent to residents of Fleetwood Estate without their informed consent in terms of the Protection of Personal Information Act, and the Electronic Communications Act.
- Where an estate agents wishes to be included on the Fleetwood Estate contractors list, they may send an email motivation to info@fleetwoodestate.co.za.
- Access to Fleetwood Estate must be granted by the owner of the property by means of the Accentronix App.
- Estate Agents may request access by sending an email to info@Fleetwoodestate.co.za.
- These rules may be updated without prior notice.
